Pain can be emotional and it could be so deep that only someone who has been through it can see it in one's eyes. I know a lot of people on this board need assistance. We are all in need at this time, and many of the need is not through our own fault.
The government can only do so much. We need to feel empowered and try to do what we can in our own ways to create the waves that will help the nation transform. I was so ashamed when I started asking for help, but when you need the help, you need to ask, otherwise no one will know you need it. The first step could be as simple as posting a photo of yourself.
